On the invitation of the Hungarian Writers Association I will spend November in the Botanic Garden of Vácrátót with a poetic writing and filming project on the micro-climates of the local arboretum.

Microclimates traditionally have been defined as “the climates in a small space” or “the physical state of the atmosphere close to a very small area of the earth’s surface, often in relation to living matter such as crops or insects” Thus, microclimates may span the spatial scale from leaves to hillslopes.
